Healthcare Testimonials, Profiles & Materials
At Reverba, I regularly interview patients about their health experiences, so when Pfizer asked the company to showcase several clinical trial participants' stories, I got to work.
Pfizer's resulting web content features multiple pieces I shepherded through internal, client, and Medical/Legal/Regulatory review. (We had no say in page design, unfortunately.)

I wrote a host of patient profiles for Reverba's health advocacy community, Health Stories Project. This one highlights an enigmatic actor's bold approach to living with multiple sclerosis.
This Health Stories Project piece shares the hard-earned wisdom of a cigarette model turned late-stage lung cancer patient.
I got the call when a pharma company aiming to launch a tricky Parkinson's disease clinical trial hired Reverba to revamp its website and develop its recruitment campaign.
First came a deep dive into the protocol and particulars. Then I wrote and edited website content, a questionnaire, direct mail pieces, email communications, and more.
Much of the trial website existed before I joined the team. I reviewed, edited, and proofed all inherited content, updating it per protocol enhancements and ensuring it aligned with language I drafted for related materials (and vice versa).
This work required constant collaboration with medical professionals and high-level pharma stakeholders—and multiple stages of review, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory and Institutional Review Board evaluations.
